User content: You are responsible for any data, text, graphics, photos, profiles, links, or other content you post or display through the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wall Pass, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

Notifications and Email

By using the Service, you agree that we may send you transactional and service-related communications by email or push notification, including messages related to account activity, purchases, visits, gifts, low balance alerts, and pass expiration reminders.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and for managing your notification settings in the Service and on your devices. Delivery of push notifications depends on third-party providers, your device, network availability, and your operating system settings, and we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or seen in real time.

If you opt in to marketing emails, you may withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by updating your preferences where available. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or account- related messages.

Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example through the Service) before changes take effect and give you an opportunity to review them. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
